About the Role
As a senior member of the team, you will lead by example, have expert knowledge and experience and assist the team manager with operational tasks as required.
You will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our National Client base by facilitating the smooth and timely progression of lending matters from instruction to settlement and registration.
In this role you are the first point of contact for our lenders and legal representatives involved in each transaction.
Your focus is to work within our client’s Service Level Agreements and complete your transactions as fast as possible, ensuring the strict legislative and company procedures have been followed.
About You (Key Criteria)
- Tertiary education and/or at least 3 years Industry experience (managerial/supervisor experience preferable).
- Knowledge and experience with governing law and lending practices, complex concepts and areas of National Mortgage law.
- Portfolio/file management skills with the ability to remain focused under pressure.
- Customer focused with the ability to effectively communicate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and internal financial or legal platforms.
- Attention to detail with sound literacy and numeracy skills.
- Must hold permanent residency.
