Be a part of an expanding Boutique Law Firm.

Your role will include:

• Meeting and greeting guests and visitors 
• Answering telephones, screening and directing calls 
• Booking and coordinating meetings and room hire 
• Recording and distributing daily mail
• Knowledge of leap legal software, State Revenue Office Duties Online and Pexa, an advantage but not mandatory
• Experience in drafting, amending and reviewing various legal documents, including but not limited to Contracts of Sale of Real Estate, Vendor's Statement, Business Contracts of Sale, Litigation documents, wills and powers of attorney
• Previous experience in a similar role is a must
• Fast paced and Fast growing Law Firm

You will be working closely alongside the two partners of the firm.
