Baxters Solicitors has been located in the heart of the Burleigh Heads village precinct since its establishment in 1989. In that time Baxters Solicitors have established a strong reputation for providing first class legal services to clients who appreciate good service across a range of legal matters
We have a strong focus on the use of technology in day to day office operations including the full utilisation of Leap, Microsoft Office suite of products and electronic file management.
Our office hours are 8.30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
About the role
Role will have a strong property and commercial focus including work on commercial and residential conveyancing, retail commercial and industrial leasing, wills, estates and other areas that arise from time to time in a small general practice.
There is an opportunity to expand into the property focussed family law matters also handled by the firm.
Whilst you will be working closely with the partners of the firm you will be directly responsible for your own work.
We do not handle crime, personal injury work or employment disputes.

Skills and experience
Demonstrated experience with property and commercial work such as leasing, estate administration, residential and commercial conveyancing essential.
Demonstrated experience with family law property matters an advantage, but not essential.
Experience with Leap software an advantage but not essential.
