The Western Distributor Authority (WDA) has an opportunity for an experienced Project Legal Counsel to join the Commercial and Legal team on the West Gate Tunnel Project.
The Project Legal Counsel will report directly to the Director Commercial and Legal, to provide high quality, authoritative and effective advice and support on complex legal and risk management issues relating to the West Gate Tunnel Project. The role will also interface with the project's external legal advisors to ensure a consistent and agreed approach is taken on legal positions which support the project scope and requirements.
The successful candidate will demonstrate effective leadership attributes and a collaborative approach to stakeholder management, with an ability to foresee stakeholder risks and intervene to avert issues before they arise.
