This role would see the successful candidate joining a dynamic, successful Gold Coast practice that is continually growing from strength to strength!  Ideally suited to a Family Lawyer with 4 years PAE or a little more, this role is open to talented Family Lawyers with up to 6 years PAE focusing in Family Law.

This role will see you responsible for  all aspects of Family Law including:

• Children's and Parenting matters; 
• Property matters;
• Divorces;
• Financial Agreements and Spousal Maintenance; 
• Domestic Violence matters; and
• A variety of other interesting and complex matters.  

You will have:

• A proactive approach to work;
• Solid experience in Family Law (at least 4 years);
• A desire to be part of a team for the long term;
• The ability to run matters autonomously and seek guidance when needed; 
• An interest in mentoring and supporting junior practitioners; and  
• A dynamic, friendly perspective!
