On offer is great new opportunity for an Employment Lawyer who can work autonomously and who can hit the ground running! If you want to work in a talented team on quality client work and enjoy great rewards, and have solid litigation experience, read on!
Ideally suited to Employment Lawyers with three (3) years PAE or more, this firm is looking for technically savvy, client focused Employment Lawyers! This is a great role for your professional development, seeing you to continue focusing in all aspects of Employment Law. You will have a strong working knowledge of the relevant legislation, and you will enjoy a varied workload encompassing:
- Drafting and advising on workplace instruments;
- Advising on structuring, restructuring and downsizing;
- Advising on termination claims including Unfair Dismissal claims;
- Advising on WH&S compliance;
- Advising on workplace investigations
A day in your professional life with this firm would see you managing your own files from commencement to completion, with access to support from Senior Lawyers as and when required.
You will need:
- Solid experience working in Employment Law and Industrial Relations;
- Experience providing advice across a number of industries;
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- The desire to learn and develop professionally;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; and
- A professional demeanour.
