You will be considered if you have the following:
- At least 5 years PAE in Corporate Law;
- Strong experience in transactional work, leasing, shareholders agreements, patents and trademarks, business negotiations, drafting contracts and agreements, business sales and purchases, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and much more!
- Great attention to detail and be client focused at all times; and
- A strong desire to join an innovative and dynamic law firm that is well established and highly regarded for the long term!
