The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected, friendly and busy Sydney-based family law practice. They are seeking an enthusiastic family law solicitor with 4 – 5 years' experience, who is experienced in all relevant family law areas, and is capable of running their own files.
The Position
The scope of the position covers running all aspects of Family Law matters from initial instructions to final hearings.
The Person
You have a proven record of success in Family Law with 4 – 5 years' experience as a family law solicitor.
You will also need the following experience and qualifications
- Extensive Court appearances
- Strong written skills and substantial knowledge of Family Court documents
- Briefing Barristers
- Experience in running Family Law matters from start to finish
- You will have sound understanding of the impact of trusts in Family Law matters.
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Excellent drafting skills
- Strong Academic Record
On top of having the necessary experience, the successful candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic and have extraordinary communication skills.
