THE ROLE

• Work alongside experienced mentors and utilise your legal skills to ensure that claims disputes are resolved efficiently to avoid external complaints
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, from complainants to claims examiners, underwriters and internal legal departments on  claims and disputes related matters
• Analyse and investigate internal disputes and document responses to ensure compliance standards are met
• Liaise with claimants with regard to complaints to resolve issues proactively, and gain insight into areas that can be improved
• Escalate serious and sensitive complaints where appropriate and make recommendations for continuous improvement based on complaint trends
