This new senior level legal secretary position represents a one-off opportunity to integrate yourself into a role where you'll not only love the work, but have the chance to learn from some of the most experienced Legal Practitioners in the country. On a daily basis you will apply your polished skills as an accomplished Legal Secretary/PA and support a Partner and his Corporate Law team in varied areas including Mining, Oil and Gas, Mergers and Acquisitions as well as Energy and Resources. Your position will include the responsibilities of: 

• Preparing and amending complex legal documents using track changes and version control; 
• Conducting conflict checks;
• Collating and coordination of a high volume legal documentation;
• Diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangments;  
• End of month billing; and
• Email management.

To be considered for this position, your CV will need to demonstrate your solid history working as a Corporate Law Legal Secretary/PA, high level communication skills, excellent MS Word and fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail and a committed and proactive approach to your work.  The ability to think on your feet, use your initiative and flourish in a busy environment will take you a long way in this role and see you happy for many years to come.
