Our client is a well known and respected law firm based in CBD. They seek an experienced family law legal secretary to join their firm on a full-time basis. This role will encompass a range of legal secretarial duties, including, but not limited to:-
- diary management;
- general legal secretarial duties;
- typing court documents and general correspondence;
- liaison with clients;
- fielding calls, and taking detailed messages;
- end-of-month bill preparation;
- other duties, as an when required.
Ideally, you will have a sound legal secretarial background, with an emphasis on family law. In addition to your experience working in family law, will be the following personal qualities:
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- an excellent eye-for-detail;
- a warm, friendly and professional demeanour;
- the ability to maintain confidentiality, at all times;
- a strong customer service focus;
- a self-motivated and energetic approach to all that you do.
Of course, it goes without saying that you will also have sound Word skills, in addition to a minimum typing speed of 60wpm.
