We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join a fantastic global firm, based in the heart of the CBD.

We are looking for a personable, polished Legal assistant who is looking to secure a new role within an organisation that will help elevate their career and build upon their service and delivery standards! 

With really strong communication skills and the ability to remain super organised you will be relied upon to complete a real variety of Secretarial duties including:

•     Diary management and meeting coordination
•          Preparing and compiling court documentation 
•          Typing, marking up, amending, proof reading and                    collating documentation
•          File management 
•          Preparing, drafting & editing documentation & correspondence
•          Liaison via email, telephone and internal Meetings
  
We are looking for someone with intermediate to advanced MS office skills, a competent typing speed, excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to work autonomously on your own tasks whilst also contributing as part of a cohesive team. Strong attention to detail and a real orientation towards delivering excellence and working to deadlines is also high on the priority list!
