Who are we looking for?
We continue to grow and are actively working with one of our technology clients, a global leader in its space on a full-time/4 day per week assignment need, and we're interested in hearing from commercially-minded technology lawyers to work onsite with our client and commence their LOD journey. On your first assignment, you will advise on a range of technology matters, including SaaS, other cloud-based technology and general commercial contracts. This assignment is to commence at the end of August, initially for a period of 3 months.

To join us, you will

• Have 4-8 years relevant PQE with a top-tier/mid-tier law firm and/or in-house/secondment experience
• Be available to commence a secondment at short notice
• Be commercially minded, have the ability to hit the ground running and manage relationships with all levels of a business
