This great opportunity has arisen due to growth within the department of this highly impressive global firm in their Sydney offices. This is a very varied role supporting a busy and highly successful Restructuring/Insolvency practice in a fast-paced dynamic environment and would be ideal for someone who likes to deliver to tight deadlines.
The team are seeking an intermediate level high achiever to provide support to a Partner and wider team. Your main focus will be to ensuring the smooth running of their practices and to make sure they are utilising your expertise to their full capacity. With a workload focusing on restructuring, litigious disputes and insolvency matters, your day will be varied and interesting. Your daily duties will include:
- Diary management
- Preparation of Court document and correspondence preparation
- Client liaison
- Dictaphone typing
- Monthly billing
- File management
The successful candidate for this role will be well spoken, possess a can-do attitude and have previous experience in commercial litigation. Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is a must, as is fast and accurate typing.
