The Firm
One of Brisbane's leading top tier firms renowned for its strong and growing corporate practice is looking for an ambitious junior or mid-level Corporate lawyer. 

The Role
Working as part of a close-knit and dynamic team with gun partners, this role will appeal to lawyers from other a top tier or mid-tier, looking for a career making move seeking great work and career progression.

Operating a broad based corporate practice, their professional and commercially astute approach sees them as firm of choice on large scale mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other transactional matters. You will enjoy working across a broad spectrum of industries including hospitality, construction and energy & resources.

• Full range of corporate law matters;
• Private M&A,
• Corporate advisory
• Advising both listed and private companies

Skills and Experience
Ideal candidates will have 3-6 years' PAE, will be commercially minded and possess impeccable interpersonal, negotiation, and drafting skills.

Lawyers returning from overseas or interstate will also be happily considered.
