Our growing firm, located in both Fortitude Valley and Upper Mount Gravatt seeks a confident, self-motivated, sharp 1-2 year PAE lawyer with sound commercial property/general commercial experience.

The position is based principally in Upper Mount Gravatt, but you will be required to also work in Fortitude Valley as needed.  

In this position, you will be able to develop your skills exponentially as you will be mentored by senior practitioners whilst managing your own files and have frequent, direct client contact. 

What we do 

• Commercial and residential property acquisitions and disposals
• All aspects of commercial, retail and industrial retail leasing, acting on behalf of both lessors and lessees
• Commercial litigation
• Drafting, settling amending and advising on a range of corporate and commercial contracts and business structures
• Wills, Trusts and Estates including complex Trusts and succession structures
• Pharmacy law
• We act for local businesses through to very high net worth individuals and corporate clients

Requirements

• 1-2 years PAE
• Experience in commercial leasing, residential conveyancing, property acquisitions and disposals essential
• General business and commercial law highly regarded but not essential
• Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills
• Exceptional client liaison skills
• Ability to show confidence, adaptability and self motivation.

Remuneration
Negotiable based on experience
