The Opportunity
Add value to this growing law firm in Essendon and be given the opportunity to be mentored and work alongside a dynamic Partner. Work on a range of interesting commercial work, for well known retail and hospitality brands!
You will have the opportunity to work close to home while enjoying interesting mix of commercial and property matters which includes but is not limited to:
- Sale and Purchase of Businesses
- Franchising
- Retail and commercial leases
- Draft and review a range of contracts (eg. Shareholders Agreements)

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years’ experience as Commercial/Property Lawyer in well regarded law firm. Candidates with more experience are also strongly encouraged to apply.
