The Role

This is a full time temporary position with a chance to go permanent based on performance. Supporting the Government department, your duties will include:

Diary and email management
Preparing and amending of legal document
Billing
File management
Liaising with clients
Typing dictations

About You

To be considered you must have:

A minimum of 3 years' legal secretarial experience
Strong communication skills
Professional presentation
Strong organisational skills
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
