Price Sierakowski now requires a Graduate to join the Commercial team. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and strong academic results in a Corporations Law unit (or similar). You will work for listed and unlisted clients in a wide range of industries across capital raisings, M&A deals, energy & resources, insolvency and commercial matters.
  
You will enjoy client experience early in your career and exposure to high level matters. With our individually tailored mentoring and CPD programs we provide a ‘fast-track’ for high performers.

Key selection criteria:
  

• 0-1 years’ experience in corporate/commercial legal environment
• Completed Bachelor of Law degree or Juris Doctor
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Team orientated approach
