The Company
Our client is an award-winning commercial top tier law firm based in Brisbane’s CBD. This firm has won many awards in the past 12 months for their excellent service to their clients, diversity in their firm and genuine work/life balance for their staff.
The role
This purpose of this role is to automate, maintain and administer precedents, examples and other documents to enable the efficient delivery of legal services by our clients legal teams. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the firm’s practice support lawyers, legal automation specialists, project management and information technology teams.
Key duties
Reporting to the Legal Automation Manager, you will be responsible for their:
- Automating new and existing precedents;
- Checking and testing automated precedents, software rollouts and upgrades;
- Assisting with the creation and maintenance of workflow solutions;
- Maintaining and creating templates in Microsoft Word; and
- Delivering precedent and Microsoft Office support and training to the firm.
Skills & experience
To be successful, you will ideally have:
- At least two - three years’ experience in a similar legal administration role;
- Exposure to precedence development, maintenance and automation;
- Flexible working style and strong attention to detail; and
- Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Word skills.
