We currently have an opportunity for a Lawyer with 1 to 4 years' experience to join our highly rated Government & Administrative Law practice in Sydney.  You will be working primarily in a litigation role, representing a number of Commonwealth and State Government clients in one of the largest Government teams in the country.

This is an intellectually challenging role where you will have the opportunity to enjoy regular advocacy work in the Federal Court, the Federal Circuit Court and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. You will be able to hone your skills and expertise in judicial review and merits review, and work collaboratively with leading experts including a former barrister, Deputy General Counsel, and accredited specialists in Government and Administrative Law.

Experience in running litigated files is essential, preferably in Federal jurisdictions.  The successful candidate will have solid advocacy experience and expertise in Administrative Law.

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with superior client management skills.
