We have experienced RMAs providing front of house consulting and client relationship management but they need your help for visa application processing. 

Your role, which can be based anywhere will be to:

• Prepare written communications to clients requesting documents and information required
• Collate, analyse and provide feedback on information and documents to ensure they meet the criteria for grant
• Prepare written communications to clients requesting further documents and information in line with law and policy
• Conducting thorough analysis of applications to ensure all criteria are met including legal research when required
• Prepare submission letters including citation of authorities when warranted
• Lodgement of applications including uploading supporting documents

Must haves

• Have a home office space  
• Be disciplined to work autonomously as you will be working entirely remotely
• Have the skills and initiative to identify issues in cases 
• Be a reliable, diligent, detail oriented person
• Be an articulate communicator 
• Proficient in LEAP Migration Manager (or be a fast learner!)
