Senior Commercial Lawyer | 5 years PQE | Melbourne

Work will include but is not limited to general contract drafting, reviews and advice (including Ts & Cs, outsourcing agreements, consultancy agreements), AML & CTF, consumer credit matters, loan & security documents, dispute resolution & litigation, sales/purchases of businesses etc. The firm is not necessarily looking for experience in all of these areas and this is a unique opportunity for you to up skill and broaden out your skill set. 

The role involves interesting legal work at the cutting edge of financial technologies and also hands on client liaison. The role will suit a lawyer with strong interpersonal skills and a desire for a 'small firm' culture, whilst still having access to top quality work. The firm also has a growing fin-tech practice which you will have the opportunity to work across, acting on matters relating to crypto currencies, crypto exchanges and money remitters.
