You

Will be a corporate/commercial lawyer at the 1-2 year level with excellent drafting skills.

The work

Relevantly differs between the two Partners to whom you will work closely. One will see you review, negotiate and drafting various contractual arrangements including distribution, licensing and procurement agreements. The other Partner concentrates on intellectual property, privacy, data protection and cyber security. For him, you will advise Australian and international clients (users and providers) on information and communications technology, intellectual property and commercial contracting.
