About the role
We have a great opportunity for a passionate Personal Injury Lawyer or Graduate with 3 years prior experience with motor vehicle accident experience to join our team. Are you also looking on learning or enhancing your experience in another area of law? This could be the ideal position for you as it would also provide you with an opportunity learning or enhancing your experience in family law.
Roles and responsibilities
- Drafting particulars and applications
- Handling Personal Injury and Liability claims
- Working with other solicitors, insurance companies, barristers, doctors by managing challenging conversations on claims outcomes
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that is diligent and professional with excellent attention to detail.
Skill requirements
- Proven experience in Personal Injury, in particular, Motor Vehicle Accidents
- LEAP experience would be advantageous
- Sound understanding of Motor Vehicle claims process
- An ability to apply compassion and empathy with clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
