About the Role
This progressive role will suit someone who is looking to jump from employee to having your own personal injury practice with a steady and mixed flow of personal injury work.
Initially, the role will be a full-time paid role that will consist of helping us create and improve our business processes, telephone answering, and liaising with our panel law firms.

As soon as practically possible for an aspiring lawyer looking to take their career to the next level would be incorporating a joint owned law firm under our companies umbrella.
We can provide the right person with full financial support in regards to setting up an office, business incorporation costs, company website and a full-time salary until your new firm is returning profits.

Who are we looking for?
- A well-rounded plaintiff lawyer capable of and confident enough to manage your own practice.
- Great business skills
- Minimum of 3 years PAE in WA of QLD
- Passionate about helping people
- Solid experience in MVA claims, workers comp and public liability.
