THE ROLE
Due to company expansion and growth, they are seeking a qualified Solicitor / In-House Counsel to support the General Counsel inn the day to day operations of the Legal Department and Operations.
With a strong focus on the Credit Act, you will be exposed to a variety of areas of law including: Arrears Management, Credit & Compliance, Contract Law and adhoc Human Resources & Employee Relations Law.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDDIATE
To succeed in the role, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court holding a current practising certificate
- Between 3 - 15 years post admission experience
- Extensive experience within consumer credit
- Extensive experience with Banking or Financial Services clients (if coming from practice)
