About this role...
Reporting directly to the Commercial & Projects Manager, the role will have a focus on Commercial Contracts, Regulatory Compliance and working closely with Procurement and Facility Management to facilitate the company's sustained growth & success. Some specifics will include:-

• Driving the development, negotiation and administration of client contracts, supplier contracts eg. software licensing, technology, facilities and leasing;
• Liaise with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies;
• Conduct research into legislative and regulatory impacts to the business & it's clients businesses.
• Manage licence arrangements with regulatory bodies as required; 

About you...
To be successful in this role, our client seeks a proven performer with particular expertise in:

• Min. 4 years pqe in providing commercially savvy & pragmatic advice from a business perspective;
• Drafting (eg. contracts/correspondence/applications/submissions etc.);
• Identifying critical facts to facilitate excellent decision-making;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Prior experience gained in an in-house, service oriented business preferred.
