Our client is a highly regarded mid-tier firm seeking to add a talented Workers Compensation Lawyer to its highly regarded insurance team. You will work under a newly a high performing Partner, who is well known to have a friendly and down to earth nature. He is also a hands on mentor and takes a genuine interest in training and developing junior lawyers.
You will have one to two years’ experience in defendant Workers Compensation and a genuine passion for this area of law. You will defend claims on behalf of private sector and government clients at the Workers Compensation Commission, and resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods.
The ability to manage a busy workload, meet deadlines and work as part of a collaborative team is essential for you to succeed in this role. The successful candidate will possess excellent academic results, excellent interpersonal skills and quality experience in Workers Compensation or personal injury acquired from a defendant firm.
