We are looking for an energetic, proactive team player who will fit the Splatt Lawyers culture and who shares our passion for delivering high quality legal service.

DUTIES

• Client communication and management
• File and document management
• Providing organisational and administrative support to the team
• Drafting and preparation of legal documentation
• Inputting and maintaining client data in our database (BHL Insight)
• General administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• High level written and verbal communication skills
• High level MS Office skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Extremely proactive
• Excellent time management skills and proactive approach
• Pride in your work and who you work for

EXPERIENCE

• 3 year's minimum experience with a Legal firm
• Previous experience in personal injury
• No PLT/Law Students.
