About our client:
With a successful business operating over 40 years specialising in Corporate and Commercial Law, this Boutique law firm is a second generating firm and continue to dominate in their respective fields.

Details about the role:
Working closely with the Principal lawyer and their team, you will be supporting their developer focus and servicing their clients with professional, respectful and confident Conveyancing skills.

About you:

• A minimum of 7 years' current experience running files.
• Strong eye for detail.
• Good communcation skills both written and verbal.
• Able to handle a fast paced heavy work load.
• Proven experience liasing with Property Developers, Banks and the like.
• MatterCenter, Worldox and Open Practice experience preferred.
• PEXA would be an advantage.

Role responsibilities will include:

• Running your own files from end to end for predominately Off-The-Plan developer matter
• Some Commerical, Industrial and Residential files included.
• Preparing and drafting all contracts and documentation
• Experience with Matter Center, Open Practice and Worldox will be highly regarded.
• Preparing settlements including the use of PEXA.

With 7+ years' current experience in a similar role working for an established law firm, you are just what we are seeking!  You must possess strong end to end file management skills and capable of handling files autonomously. High-end client contact and high-volume experience is essential to be considered for this role!
