If you are keen to work as part of a close knit and friendly team, can work collaboratively and independently when required and enjoy dealing directly with clients then this may be the role for you. 

Applications will only be considered if the applicant:

• Has more than 5 years conveyancing experience;
• Is able to work 3 days a week.
• Can work positively within a team environment but carry out duties independently with limited supervision;
• Can work through all aspects of a purchase and sale file.
• Is experienced in operating within the PEXA environment.
• Is familiar with ‘off-the-plan’ sales and subdivisions
• Review s.32 statements and provide general advice to clients.

Experience in leasing would be ideal but not essential.
