HR Law is a boutique specialist employment law firm located in the Brisbane CBD. The firm is a busy practice which operates on a team approach.
The Role
An opportunity has become available for an experienced career legal secretary to provide support to a number of senior lawyers within the firm.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Typing dictations
- Drafting correspondence
- Opening and closing files
- Monthly billing
- All other general secretarial duties
The Right Person
- At least three years legal secretarial experience
- 70+ WPM typing speed
- Team player
- Pleasant phone manner
- Punctual and reliable
- Attention to detail and accuracy is of utmost importance
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach
Previous employment law experience will be regarded favourably.
