SHL & Associates Lawyers is a boutique and dynamic law firm located in the heart of Sydney CBD. We provide clear, reliable and practical legal services. Our practice focus on commercial litigation, conveyancing, family law and immigration law. Recently, our firm is experiencing tremendous growth and we are seeking a full-time office administrator "all rounder" to assist and support the principal solicitor and other solicitors in order to deliver efficient administration of the firm.
Your duties include day-to-day office administration, collecting mails, office accounting, trust accounting, bookkeeping, file management, telephone attendance, lodge documents at courts and government bodies, attend settlements and secretarial support to solicitors.
You should possess the following qualities:
- strong organisational skills.
- excellent communication skills.
- ability to work as a team.
- ability to multi-task.
- must be fluent in English and Chinese. NAATI qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping and LEAP software.
- Experience in office administration and legal secretarial work.
