Our client is a fast growing, successful multi-national company, renowned for delivering a high standard of service to their clients, is seeking an experienced and motivated Claims Manager to lead and mentor a national team.
This is a professional and progressive environment with a growing team of bright and driven claims professionals who are seeking a natural mentor. Whilst the team will manage claims day to day, you will be actively involved in managing complex claims where needed across all commercial lines of insurance, building relationships with key service providers, preparing management reports, identifying and implementing continuous process improvement and supporting senior management with business direction and change initiatives.
This exciting new challenge will appeal to an ambitious self-motivated claims professional who is now seeking an opportunity to play a key role within a dynamic and progressive corporate team environment.
To secure this brilliant role you will have a minimum of 8 years general insurance claims experience with an Insurer and/or Brokerage, proven leadership skills, corporate presentation, a high level of client service and initiative, sound problem-solving and negotiation skills and exceptional relationship management & communication. Degree qualifications will be highly regarded.
