Your new role
Due to recent growth within the business, this is a new opportunity for an experience Assistant Account Executive to support the team of brokers and provide excellent customer service.
- Provide administrative support to Brokers
- Process quotes and renewals in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Effectively manage debtors
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience within a small to medium sized brokerage and have demonstrable systems and technical expertise.
- Tier 1 or 2 insurance broking accreditation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Technically proficient
- Able to work well in a team and take direction
- Driven and self-motivated individual
