There is still high demand across the market for Claims Consultants and we have multiple permanent claims opportunities with leading insurance companies in a range of locations.
We are looking to speak with people who have:
- End-to-end-claims experience or experience of managing a claims portfolio. This could be either within domestic of commercial claims.
- However this is NOT essential, a strong track record in a contact centre role would be suitable or a small amount of claims experience
- Customer service orientated - this is essential!
- Excellent communication skills & people who are comfortable on the phone
- Show empathy in different situations
- Experience of having difficult conversations with customers
- Team Players
- Ability to work to deadlines and meet KPI's
- Enthusiasm and energy
