As a Sales & Service Consultant you will be working in a fast paced team environment.
Your new company
You will be working with a leading general insurer in a well-known company, they are a household name known for their reputation of providing outstanding service to customers and delivering on their customers insurance needs. Your new role
This role requires you to provide quality and engaging conversation while creating insurance quotes to new or existing customers, handling renewals, account queries and provide general customer service. It’s all about the customer experience in this job, building genuine connections with everyone you talk to. We will provide 8 weeks of training in the Hurstville offices for this role to ensure you have the tools and support to feel confident in this role.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and have the ability to build rapport with customers and maintain a good working relationship. If you believe you have strong interpersonal skills, have the ability to show empathy towards customers and are passionate about helping people, then is job is for you.
What you'll get in return
In addition to a competitive salary of $47-49K Pro’rate, you will receive 13% super contribution and a 10% KPI bounce incentive. You will be working 5 days a week, with either Monday, Friday or the weekends as your days off. Business hours are from 8.00am - 8.00pm. This role will be located out of the Hurstville offices.
