We are seeking Claims Consultants with experience in Commercial and/or Domestic Motor and Recoveries & Settlements for a number of clients based in Melbourne.

Due to ongoing requirements and increased volumes of work we have a number of clients who are looking to add to their teams on a temporary and permanent basis.  

We have multiple roles available so if you have experience in any aspect of claims management and you're looking for a new role, then please get in touch.  

The role(s):

• First point of contact for claimants to lodge a Motor claim
• Assessing eligibility of claims and determining liability
• End-to-end claims management, including recoveries & settlements 
• Responsible for providing exceptional customer service
• Be empathetic towards and be understanding of the customer
• Liaise with assessors, trades people, insurers and customers
• Provide technical support and advice to less-experienced team members

You will have:

• Previous experience in commercial or domestic motor claims
• The ability to manage a busy portfolio of claims and multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work-ethic
