This global Insurance leader have a newly created permanent Claims Officer/Case Manager position sitting within the Property division to work on a small to intermediate domestic & commercial claims book.

This role requires the ability to manage and deliver on a portfolio of property claims, you will be responsible the entire management of the portfolio from initiation through to settlement of claims.

What skills you will require:

• Domestic or commercial property claims experience
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Damage and or loss evaluation skills
• Investigation techniques
• Excellent time management skills
• Delivery focused

The key responsibilities of this newly created role are:

• Working and managing all new claims across the domestic & commercial property claim book
• Assessing claims and determining coverage
• Liaising with claimants via phone and emails
• Documenting all claims in accordance to internal policies
• Applying claims policies and procedures always
• Effectively negotiating settlements where appropriate
