THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for Injury Management Specialists to assist our Case Management Specialists in their role supporting injured workers achieve a positive journey to recovery and return to work outcomes.

Your role will be integral to the effectiveness of the team, providing subject matter expertise on complex and sensitive injury management and recovery strategies. You will work collaboratively and take a “hands on” approach to providing an empathetic and compassionate approach to assisting customers and relevant stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU
• You are empathetic and passionate about providing a high level of customer care
• You have strong communication skills and build trust and rapport with stakeholders quickly
• Your deep experience in managing mental health cases will ensure positive outcomes for all impacted parties
• You embrace change with confidence and are comfortable working collaboratively within a multi system environment

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide regular advice and feedback to Case Management Specialists and stakeholders on decisions relating to injury management and the communication of these decisions ensuring high levels of empathy, sensitivity and understanding
• Support the provision of mental healthcare, crisis management, psychological education and treatment intervention using an evidence based approach
• Ensure the overall quality of injury management decisions through collaboration and ensuring best practice principles are applied when developing solutions
