We are looking for candidates with strong experience in worker's compensation sector, Victoria Legislative knowledge and excellent customer service skills who like to combine a professional environment and working with friendly people.

Your Role:

As a Dispute Resolution Manager, you will work autonomously and in collaboration with the entitlements managers and case managers, you will provide expert legal and technical analysis on all legal issues relevant to case management.  You will be integral to ensuring effective and sustainable resolution on claims issues and represent Xchanging in the Conciliation process. You will be required to maintain stakeholder relationships and regularly update stakeholders on outcomes, alongside managing DIS.

What you'll need to succeed:

As the successful applicant, we are looking for candidates with strong experience in case management, eligibility and technical management who like to combine a professional environment with a friendly workplace.  You will have extensive experience within Workers Compensation and demonstrate a strong understanding of Workers Compensation legislation.  Experience within Dispute Resolution will be of advantage to you. You will demonstrate a keen ability to learn, alongside possessing great technical skills and attention to detail. You will require a great work ethic and display fantastic customer service skills, alongside the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Advanced communication skills with the ability to empathise will be key. You will have strong problem solving and decision making skills, have the ability to adapt to different situations and be organised and driven to achieve outcomes.
