Our client is part of one of Australia’s leading and fastest growing Insurance Broking Groups and is considered one of the premier Authorised Representative networks in the market. In support of their ongoing expansion and continued growth in their distribution reach, they are now looking for a Regional Manager to lead and support their existing AR network in New South Wales and further expand their presence in this region.
This is a unique leadership opportunity and will play an integral part in delivering the Group’s distribution strategy over the coming years. The business holds a strong market position and this is the perfect time to be joining the team.
To be successful in this role you will display:
· Demonstrable experience in insurance broking (preferred) or underwriting at a senior level
· Experience in leading teams and/or supporting networks in the insurance environment
· Proven experience with true new business development and driving sales
· Strong ability to identify, cultivate and develop new relationships
· Established networks within the insurance industry
· Tier 1 broking qualifications (preferred)
