The Role
As a Scheme Analyst, you will play a key role in the design and delivery in the project life-cycle.
You will be accountable for analysing and documenting current as-is business practices and processes which will inform business readiness activities that you will deliver to optimise our business and enable long term benefits.
The Scheme Analyst works closely with stakeholders, using appropriate methods to understand true business needs and elicit requirements and be a trusted advisor and advocate for the Personal Injury Claims business.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes, applying critical and innovative thinking on improving these
- Identify the business or system changes required to meet the initiative and or project objectives
- Perform the requirements gathering activities to ensure business readiness
- Identify gaps between the current state and future state organisational design
- Plan and prepare activities required to execute on business analysis (workshops, interviews etc)
- Work closely with business stakeholders, initiative leads or project managers, to deliver business and initiative outcomes
- Work closely with the Personal Injury Claims teams to identify benefit realisation of all initiatives, and play a key role in the ongoing monitoring of these metrics
Skills & Experience
- Knowledge and experience within Personal Injury Claims
- Proven experience in stakeholder management
- Experience in a Business Analyst or similar function
- Experience with Agile and LEAN methodologies and techniques
