Are you looking to progress your customer service experience into a role within the Superannuation industry.  Are you a passionate customer centric individual who believes in always giving the customer a positive experience?  Do you have experience speaking to retirees and are confident in explaining complex information in layman's terms. Are you looking for permanent part time work?

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• PR or Citizenship
• Recent  high volume Call Centre experience
• Experience working in a KPI driven environment
• Previous experience working with Superannuation, Insurance or financial services.
• RG146 Qualification is preferred
• Professional presentation
• Team focused mentality and positive attitude
