Bluefin Resources is partnering with a leading life insurer who are seeking 2 Claims Case Managers to join there Sydney Group team. These roles are a great opportunity to work directly for a Life Insurer and a career path into full claims assessment.

You will be managing death, terminal and long term assessment of Income Protection claims.

To be considered;

• 1+ year of any insurance background
• This role will require great phone skills, ability to manage internal /external stakeholders and previous admin in Insurance experience would be helpful
• Understanding of life insurance products
• The Case Manager is expected to demonstrate a working knowledge of the main product range including upgrades
• Medical - The Case Manager will be required to demonstrate a basic knowledge of medical terms / concepts so they can interpret reports and apply knowledge to the assessment process
• Communication- the Case Manager will be expected to maintain regular outbound contact with the client, adviser and associated 3rd parties
