Job tasks and responsibilities
Whilst the main focus of this role is meeting and greeting members, being the first point of contact for all superannuation related telephone inquiries you will also be responsible for:
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Maintain a professional appearance of the reception and meeting rooms
- Assisting management with superannuation related ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Provide support to the Client Support Officer's and financial planning adviser's as required
- Maintain and order of office supplies where necessary
- Respond to member phone calls and walk- in (where applicable) by using all communication channels available
Skills and experience
For consideration of this role you must possess:
- An understanding of the superannuation / retirement environment
- Excellent level of customer service (including principles and practices)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- The ability to create a positive and lasting impression of the business for all members and visitors to the business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and Access
- Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
