Based in our Leichhardt office and reporting to the Branch Manager, you will join a tightly knit team of professionals, responsible for managing a portfolio of small to medium residential and commercial complexes.
We are seeking someone with strong core management capability including financial management, customer relationship management, risk management and a commitment to quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Development of annual budget and forecasts for Strata Corporations
- Implementation of maintenance strategies in accordance with budgets for Strata Corporations
- Partner with clients to assist in the management of Strata Corporation's assets
- Working collaboratively with clients to identify and manage risks
- Effective management of relationships with clients, contractors and other key stakeholders
- Contributing to the ongoing development of efficient operational processes
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a contribution to a healthy team culture
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Results orientated with a proven track record in managing high volume processes
- Energetic, with commercial acumen
- Ability to engage with and influence a wide variety of people
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage legislatively complex issues
