The Role

We are looking for a committed and experienced Client Services Manager to join our dynamic national business. This role is a full-time, permanent position with unique career progression opportunities. This position is flexible to being based in any of the following areas:

  • Melbourne,
  • Geelong,
  • Mildura,
  • Colac

You will need to be an energetic and motivated individual who displays initiative and a flexible and positive attitude. This is an exciting and varied role which will see you interact with people at all levels across the business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Co-ordinating the roll out of the Group Tax Audit Insurance program nationally and in New Zealand.
  • Training of the local office
  • Assist with the development of marketing and collateral to assist with the education of clients
  • Working with local offices to produce the client listings
  • Ensuring mail-outs and follow ups are sent as scheduled
  • Follow up and recording of results
  • Liaising with our provider to ensure that the register of clients is maintained and kept up to date
  • Act as a resource to help with new clients / individual offering

You will also be responsible for the duties of a Claims Supervisor:

  • Supporting and supervising our claims process and team.
  • Assisting support and advisers on getting claims paid and finalised
  • Making sure clients are communicated with on a regular basis
  • Ensuring a compliant and rigorous Claims process is completed

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in similar role (Preferred) being: Tax Audit Insurance and/or Insurance Claims handling.
  • Excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to work within a team of people is highly favourable, however can train for the right person
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Resourceful, motivated, highly organised, resilient and solutions orientated
