Your new role
Due to growth within the business, they are seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage an existing portfolio of commercial clients and develop new business. As a member of a high performing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting Senior Brokers in all aspects of client servicing to maintain and grow an existing book of commercial/SME business;
- Identifying insurable risks, designing and negotiating appropriate insurance solutions for the client;
- Providing a superior level of client service, by demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills;
- Developing and maintaining business relationships with new and existing clients and insurers; and
- Promoting the company brand within the insurance industry.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience as a Commercial Account Manager within a medium-sized brokerage.
- Tier 1 accreditation
- Experience with Winbeat, Sunrise and SVU
- Proven ability to develop new business and maintain relationships
- Able to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
- Team player who works collaboratively
